1. When an Order Can Be Cancelled
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

If the order is cancelled within 48 hours after placement and has not yet entered the shipping process, a cancellation request may be submitted

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled directly
If an order has already been shipped, you may contact us after receiving the item to request a return and refund.
